Early Intervention Series: Primary Service Provider Approach to Teaming
The Early Intervention Series: Primary Service Provider Approach to Teaming examines the characteristics of implementing a primary service provider approach to teaming. The information and practitioners featured in this module also use natural learning environment practices and a coaching interaction style. The primary service provider approach to teaming is one part of an evidence-based approach to early childhood intervention.
This course includes a pre-test, a learning module consisting of multiple modules, and a post-test. The pre-test must be completed in order to gain access to the learning module and the learning modules must be completed in order to access the post test.
In order to earn credit for completing this module, participants must pass a post-test with a score of 80% or higher. A certificate of completion is accessible to the participant through the MY ACCOUNT page after successfully completing the module.

At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
* Understand leadership and staff roles in moving to a PSP teaming approach.
* Understand the purpose and function of team meetings to support all staff in implementing a PSP approach to teaming.
* Describe the role of the PSP and a secondary provider in joint visits.
* Describe a PSP teaming approach to families and community stakeholders.
* Understand the necessary characteristics and implementation conditions for using a primary service provider (PSP) approach to teaming.
