This course has been developed using a recorded webinar and presents a capacity-building coaching framework for supporting families with their early intervention family support outcomes. It also discusses why coaching is an effective capacity-building tool by examining how coaching strategies are processed in the brain of the coachee. The brain science behind coaching, helps us understand why key ingredients are important and helps us ensure we are consistently aligning with the key characteristics. This course takes about an hour to complete.
